One Truck for High-Level Stacking and Order Picking

Unlike conventional forklifts that keep the operator at ground level, a man-up VNA forklift raises the operator with the platform, allowing direct access to elevated storage locations.

The three-way turret fork head rotates up to 180°, enabling pallet handling on both sides of a narrow aisle without turning the truck body. Operators can also perform piece picking and inventory checks at height, making the equipment suitable for warehouses that combine pallet storage with multi-SKU order fulfillment.

Key Features

1. Man-Up Design for High-Level Operations

The operator platform rises with the lifting system, providing direct access to elevated rack locations. This supports both full-pallet handling and picking operations at height.

2. 180° Three-Way Rotating Forks

The electric turret fork head allows left-side and right-side pallet handling within the aisle. The truck can serve both rack sides without turning its body, helping reduce unnecessary maneuvering.

3. Multiple Guidance Options

Choose a guidance system according to your warehouse layout, aisle length and installation conditions:

  • Mechanical Guidance: A mechanical guidance system for defined VNA aisle layouts.
  • Magnetic Wire Guidance: A magnetic guidance option for guided travel along a designated path.
  • Electromagnetic Wire Guidance: An alternative wire-guidance option for compatible warehouse installations.

The guidance system should be selected according to the aisle infrastructure and the final truck configuration.

4. Configurable Lift Heights and Power Systems

Different mast configurations are available for different rack heights and warehouse requirements. Depending on the selected configuration, the truck can be equipped with 48 V or 80 V battery systems.

The rated load capacity and residual capacity at height must be confirmed against the selected configuration and load chart.

5. Safety Features for High-Level Handling

Depending on configuration, available safety features include lifting-height limits, overload protection, automatic speed reduction, mast cushioning, emergency-stop controls and camera-assisted visibility.

Confirm the standard and optional safety equipment in the final quotation.

Performance in Narrow Aisle Warehouses

Make Better Use of Vertical Storage Space

A narrow working aisle and high lifting capability can help warehouses make better use of available floor space and rack height. The actual storage gain depends on rack design, pallet dimensions, aisle layout and handling requirements.

Combine Pallet Stacking and Picking

The elevated operator platform allows operators to access high rack locations directly. The truck can support full-pallet storage, piece picking and inventory checks, reducing the need to assign separate equipment to each task where the operating requirements are compatible.

Handle Both Sides of the Aisle

The 180° rotating fork system allows the truck to serve racks on both sides without turning its body. This is particularly useful in long, narrow aisles where turning space is limited.

Typical Applications

  • High-Bay Warehouses: Storage and retrieval at elevated rack levels.
  • High-Density Storage Facilities: Pallet handling in very narrow aisles.
  • Distribution Centers: Combined pallet handling and multi-SKU order picking.
  • Manufacturing Warehouses: Storage, material picking and inventory checks.
  • Parts and Components Warehouses: High-level storage with frequent picking requirements.

Cold-storage or other special-environment applications require confirmation of the corresponding truck configuration.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the maximum lifting height?

The referenced VUE series includes configurations with lifting heights up to 18,000 mm. The available height depends on the selected mast and truck configuration.

2. Can the truck handle both pallet stacking and order picking?

Yes. The elevated operator platform and three-way rotating fork system support high-level pallet handling and picking operations, subject to the selected configuration and operating requirements.

3. Which guidance system should I choose?

Mechanical guidance, magnetic wire guidance and electromagnetic wire guidance are available as selection options for this product page. The appropriate system depends on aisle infrastructure, layout and compatibility with the selected truck.

4. Can the rated load capacity be maintained at maximum lifting height?

Not necessarily. Residual load capacity can decrease as lifting height and load center increase. Confirm the load chart for the exact configuration before purchase.

5. What information is required for a quotation?

Please provide your maximum load weight, pallet dimensions, rack height, working aisle width, warehouse floor conditions and preferred guidance system. This information helps us assess the appropriate configuration.
